Terms of service

These terms are between you and ReelsAudio, Inc. and cover your use of the ReelsAudio website, workspace and any content we publish to an account you connect. By creating a workspace or publishing a reel through us you accept them.

ReelsAudio is currently in private beta. Features described on this site may change, and we may change or remove them before general availability.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide a real email address and keep access to it. Published content depends on that address for service messages.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person or organisation per free workspace. Multiple-account circumvention voids free-plan limits.

You keep ownership of the scripts, prompts and assets you supply, and of the episodes we render from them. We claim no ownership of your work.

You grant us only the narrow licence needed to operate the service: store your inputs, render them, and publish to channels you have connected. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for the copies we must retain for legal reasons.

Connecting a social account authorises us to publish only the content you schedule, to the accounts you connect. Revoke access at any time from your workspace or from the platform's own settings, which takes effect immediately.

You are solely responsible for what gets published from your workspace, including anything a member of your team queues. We review content only where a platform or rights holder makes a formal complaint.

The product is built for faceless, original, narrated content. These uses are not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund:

• Impersonating a person, brand or news outlet without clear disclosure.
• Presenting generated content as real footage of a real event.
• Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or instructions for harm.
• Stock footage or music you do not hold commercial rights to.
• Bulk scraping of the asset library or the voice catalogue for resale.
• Circumventing rate limits, plan limits or watermarking by automation.
• Automated posting that violates the terms of the platform you connect.

Stock footage, music and sound effects supplied by ReelsAudio are licensed for commercial reuse on supported platforms for as long as your subscription is active. That licence covers monetised channels.

Content you upload is licensed by you, and you indemnify us against claims arising from it. Each export carries a provenance record listing every third-party asset used.

We do not claim ownership of episodes rendered for you, and we do not resell them into any library.

• Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. The annual rate is charged once per year.
• Plan limits are on published reels per month, not drafts or experiments. Drafts are unlimited on every plan.
• Failed payments retry over 7 days. Rendering pauses when a payment fails and resumes on settlement.
• Prices may change. We give at least 30 days notice and never bill retroactively.

Cancel any time from workspace settings. You keep every export already published and everything in your library. We do not take down content you already published.

If we have not rendered a paid reel for you, contact support within 30 days of a charge for a full refund. Once rendering starts on a plan we support you through the end of the paid period.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platforms we publish to change their APIs, limits and moderation rules without notice, and that can affect publishing even when our service is healthy.

Because publication depends on third-party APIs we cannot guarantee that a scheduled post will appear at an exact time. We queue with margin and surface failures in your dashboard rather than silently dropping them.

ReelsAudio is provided as is. We do not guarantee specific views, revenue or growth. Retention and reach depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and the content itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost audience or platform actions taken against your account.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You may stop using ReelsAudio at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or a formal rights complaint, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. On termination your content remains exportable for 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Chennai, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
